That's the thing with these fitness trackers, I'm never sure just how accurate they really are.
They don't make things easy for people do they Melly?
Hope the appointment went ok Welly? I remember dancing around to that Superman dance! :rotfl:

Good afternoon all! A hired car turned up for us today from our insurance company, we already have one from the other insurance company. This isn't giving us much faith in how well they are communicating. We should receive the verdict on our car anytime now. WaSp is really unhappy today because he doesn't see why an accident that he slept through and couldn't be less to do with him means that he could end up with not enough money to buy a car. Put like that it does sound ridiculous because we couldn't have been more innocent in the matter. WaSp has now reached the point of whining incredulously to insurance companies that he was asleep in bed at the time!
I have an interesting problem with my ESA form. I cannot hold a pen for more than 5 minutes without numb fingers and shooting pains up my arm. I just lose the grip totally and it really hurts. Back from the GP. Got a little tearful in there saying I just didn't feel like me and had a good chat. After everything I've been going through, Doc thinks I'm in emotional turmoil and on the low point of the pendulum of stress and depression and that it's swinging a bit too low (she describes it much better than that!). She was good at explaining that I need a bit of help to get out of the rut I'm in but said that the fact I've gone to see her shows I'm in a good place to get help.
Getting a psychiatrist referral for counselling, so should come through next week. I told her about the previous psychiatrist who made me feel worse and she looked shocked at who I had been referred to and put it bluntly 'don't go to him if you need some TLC at a tough time!'. She was also good with my OH asking him questions, explaining how this isn't just a mood swing, but I need some support, and having a joke with him about stuff as well. Came out feeling a lot more positive, and drained.
My GP is lovely - she says the three things in life she needs every day are a salad, some fruit, and to see some flowers. That makes her feel good0 -
Hi Charlie, well done on going to the GP! Glad you felt it was positive. Is there any chance of escaping the madness at home for one night (or 2?) next week, have you got anyone to stay with? Or even go to a Travelodge or Premier Inn for a cheap escape?Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0

Aw, I am so pleased it went well, charlie. You sound like you have a lovely relationship with your GP. Dealing with these things is tiring, take it easy for the rest of the day. You have done so well.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

Was have you got a printer ? You can fill in an online esa form which you print off and post . Might be less painful to type rather than write.
