I know tea stupid head.
I have a biiig thigh gap, my arms are twig like, my collar bone is very visible I looked at the lump which is muscle that didn't get reattached from my scar and thought your hideously fat, your greedy your never going to find work whilst your this fat people are looking at you and thinking she's fat and got no self control.
I don't usually get the fat thing
Idiot idiot idiot idiot0 -
Right lady - enough with the idiot talk! You are strong - just look at what you've achieved this week! All the calls you've made to sort out payments, insurance, etc. All the looking after of OH you've done even when he hasn't been, how can I put it... easy to love at times! All the ESA paperwork you've sorted.
On top of that you've managed to secure interviews time and time again for great jobs, at a time when lots of people with 1/10th of this to contend with would climb into bed and stay there (understandably!)
You've also been incredibly brave and shared with us some really difficult things - all of which was bound to stir things up again.
You're doing all of this with very, very little in the way of support either financially or medically.
You, my dear, are flipping superwoman!0 -
Think I'm freaking about healthy minds as well if I'm honest.
Getting repeated calls by an agency better call em back.
Off to get some more soap we have shower gel but OH needs dettol soap so he don't riff when it gets this cold.
Thanks tea I needed that I'm being silly0 -
Special squishes for tea (don't contact him!) and special luck for melly (job and healthy minds) and WaS (car).
Today's megacute https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W8wvzXbwblkEx board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -
:T tea. Beautifully put, and very true too. I think I'd have just curled up and gave up by now if I'd have had to experience half of what you've gone through Melly.
In the words of Eleanor Roosevelt:
“A woman is like a tea bag; you never know how strong it is until it's in hot water.”
So you Melly are a teabag....not sure if that's a compliment or not?! :rotfl:0 -
Is that a dodgy sexual practice Georgie?
Right soap then presentation healthy minds is 1.30 I can nap after0 -
Listen to Tea, she put it far better than I can, and remember that you're not fat, stupid or any of the other negative things you're telling yourself at the moment xx0

I wouldn't know of such things! :A But what you get up to in the privacy of your own home is of no concern to me Melly!:rotfl:
Good luck for this afternoon x x x0 -
Right out and about
Then presentation0 -
Not your fault, WaS, - my darling relative passed away yesterday.
mellymoo - finger waggle for you.
I have vaguely heard of teabagging. I haven't knowingly tried it (but I may have called it something else!)
Busy week this week anyway at work, but all sorts of things are adding to the pressure - staff sickness, staff having personal crises, customers not sticking to agreements and so on.
Littlewing has given me a slightly sore throat. This can only be soothed by cookies, I think even though it is Weigh In Wednesday. I haven't done my monthly weigh at Boots as I am on the longest period known to man. Actually, known to woman. (It is fine really - just feels never-ending).
I had a cuddle with a baby yesterday so that was great.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0
