 And now there's a baby in the office. Fantastic.

Still nothing from the police - nothing for a week now. Am annoyed.

I've never understood why people feel the need to do that. If people want to meet the baby they can arrange to meet you somewhere away from the office, everyone else wants to be left alone to get on with their work without being made to feel somehow deficient if they don't want to go and coo over the baby...

I hope the police get back to you soon. I know they're busy but no contact for a week, especially considering the number of reports you've had to make, is shocking. Really, how hard is it to give you a quick call or email just to let you know they're still looking into it!!

MELLY - Good luck with healthy minds . Please be open and honest with them , you need to get yourself fit and well . Hope they can help .
TEA - Stay strong lovey , you have been so brave and I agree with the other posters you can't undo all you have gone through to deal with the situation . One day you will be happy again .
Hugs , squishes and warm wishes to anyone who wants . I'm time poor this week ,a lot going on ,but catch up as I can and am thinking of you all .

Exactly! I don't think I'm being unreasonable in expecting a quick phone call, especially considering there's been another two things reported in that week.

Last I heard it was "we're off to arrest him this evening", now a week later it's like they've totally lost interest.

I love having babies visit at work - sorry.
:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.

    I do too :o

Hope Police Baby gets in touch soon. How annoying to be left in the dark for so long!
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

Running in to say hi, sorry I haven't been about, just trying to handle new job and mad study period at the same time. Haven't had a chance to catch up properly but from the lickle I have read, it sounds like some people have had a right carppy time so I hereby through out {squishes} liberally and in all directions so apologies if one smacks you in the face!

I am.....................hmmmmm............ok..............very, very tried due to trying to manage work and insomnia together........along with walking 6 miles a day round construction sites (according to the monitor thingy doofer app on phone). Overall, I know it has definitely been really good for my mental sanity to go back to work, but I have started stressing about work things again........so that is not good. I was most pleasantly surprised with how nice the company is (After all the "issues" with the contract) so that was good and so far, it seems just fine, pays the bills etc etc.
