Got a reply from the company re my e-mail address and mobile number on the label and was told that is the way we do. To make it easy to get in contact with you.

Still not happy about that as surely the couriers have my number as they text me to give me a time so that means its in there computers it does not need to be on the labels as there little scanners can hold notes e.g my number. Which can't be seen by all and sundry.

Went out to get something tea and came home emptied handed. Cold and now I got excessive saliva in my mouth. Been going for weeks on and off and driving me a bit wild.

Think I will go and cook some tea.

Well, they've just come and taken the music system.
That makes a total of 34 hours I've sat around waiting.

Now I have to wait for the replacement. Given the problems I had getting the first one, I'm not very confident. If this music system were dirt cheap, I wouldn't care, but it isn't. In fact, thinking about it, I'm wondering if its finish isn't a bit tinny and plasticky.
The thing is, it contains a turntable (I have vinyls), twin tape deck with dubbing (I still use tapes for AmDram), a CD player, (have loads of CDs, and use them for AmDram too), a MP3 thing, and most importantly of all, a CD-burner, which I have been wanting for ages and ages. As I need one for AmDram.
I have no other way to burn CDs as I only have an iPad.

I know, it's a first world problem.

If you have not already done so, speak to police baby about the most appropriate way to get rid of his stuff - within the next month so it is complete and final. Forward, not backward. And I hope you have binned or burned the letter. Don't give yourself anything to hold on to or give him the satisfaction of niggling at you. Congratulations - you have a whole new life ahead of you.
