I know. Gonna get some support for this one I think.
OHS councillor had all the forms for floating support worker might need to chase that up.
Gonna request an official letter from her as to whether in her professional opinion OH can work

Just been to a new baby group and Escapette threw up on a little boys coat and in a ladys handbag.
I knew there was a reason I hated being sociable

Melly not sure where you are. But do you have a local law centre they are all over in major cities.

My husband used one to sort out his ESA. They are free. Its often law students.

Here is a link to once such centres success.

It takes you out of the loop and the stress of it. I was stuck and had no idea how to help my husband.

I'm struggling with thinking of cheery things after this morning's news (WaS, definitely not your fault) but one plus side is that Labyrinth will probably be on telly again soon. I know I have the DVD so can watch it whenever I like but I'm more likely to put it on if it's on TV and I can't be unhappy watching that film.

    I love "Labyrinth"!
When it first came out in the 80s I saw it at the cinema, and was so taken with it that, despite being rather poor, I had to buy the video of it and the audiotape soundtrack, which I still have.

Actually, it was on TV a few months ago, 'cos I watched it!

I got a text this morning before I heard the news from my husband to say the goblin king was dead.

I have to say one thing about that film. Me and my husband agree on this does anyone else think that DB's outfit especially the trousers were not suitable for a childrens film. And yes if you have seen it you know what I am on about :rotfl:

No worse than going to a ballet, Calley! :D:D:D

As the mother of a friend once said, "Humph! That Rudolph Nureyev and his packed lunch!"
Speaking of which, I had the great fortune to see both him and Margot Fonteyn at either Sadler's Wells or Covent Garden (can't remember which) when I was a teenager, as part of a subsidy scheme for schools called Youth and Music. We got to see all manner of operas and ballets there, and big name orchestras at the Royal Festival Hall and Queen Elizabeth Hall for a very small price indeed!

Yes I know but this is a film aimed at children.

I doubt that too many children go to the ballet :rotfl:

And even so just does not look attractive well not to me anyway.

  • I doubt many children would even notice or indeed think anything of it tbh.
