Hope all you Oop North people have battened down the hatches. Sibling tells me their road is closed already - Cumbria.
Where does your sibling live elsien? (Obviously it's ok if you'd prefer not to say)
We're currently following CumbriaCrack on Facebook, and it's not looking goodI don't know if anyone read or heard about the really bad floods in Cockermouth about 6 years ago? Well it's only a matter of time before it floods again even though they spent millions on flood defences. Really hoping it's not going to be as bad as last time for the poor folk who live there and have businesses there.
The weather hasn't let up hardly all day.
Hope everyone and theirs are safe and warm to night. (((Hugs)))0 -

One of the many, many ways in which virtual parties are superior to 'real' parties is that you can timeshift. If you want to leave posts with me to post at the appropriate time, I can speak up for you. (As long as I remember the party - scared I will forget and miss it, cos who knows WHAT might happen on Christmas Eve? Should be OK though)

Next door have started putting loud bass thumpy music on more often. Just when I decide to go and complain they turn it down, then it goes back up again. The anticipation is nearly as bad as the noise. You have my full sympathy if yours is more continuous.
Is there anything that can help with work worry? Does the worry include a touch of catastrophising? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
