  • OK guys, you are amazing at finding clothes and presents, now here's a challenge for you.
    I want a small duvet.

I can find masses of duvet covers for bunk beds, but I can't find the duvets to go in them! What about caravans etc, where there just isn't the room to have a full width duvet on a narrow bed? Oh, and I want down or down & feather at Argos price too.

The current single in use is just too bulky and wide. I may have to resort to halving a double one, but surely this is not an unusual need?

    Thanks all.

Sorry I'm a bit late to the party, but any joy here?

MU - as the others are saying, don't be hard on yourself and you are NOT a failure! I work FT but I work in a nice office where I can more or less set my own pace and drink as much coffee as I want, there's no way I could work FT in retail, I'd turn into a zombie! It's a hard job, both physically and mentally exhausting so you're a star for doing what you do! :T We had a sneaky Gr.ggs lunch on Saturday, the Festive Flatbread is yummy! Also, what is a Gr.ggsnut?! Is it like a cronut?
It's kind of like a yum yum, but with caramel sauce in the middle :)

Thanks for the support guys, maybe I'm too hard on myself at times. Ive told myself I can and WILL get through tomorrow without another meltdown, besides im off for 3 days after it (thank you past self for having the foresight to book 2 days off!) and will be spending them with Swain plus I'm seeing him later.

Still feel a bit fragile but it will pass

    Love it Pyxis :D

Today I am being awesome but other people are definitely not! Am stuck waiting for someone to return the pool car that I booked over a week ago. They decided this morning to take it for the day, so now I can't leave till they rock up as I have to take it today for a v early start tomorrow. Very annoying!

Also annoyed at FOH but feel mean because technically he is trying to do a nice thing (boring long story about an outside light) but it's just irritating because yet again I'm having to fit around his timescales, then feel bad for just wanting a nice quiet night in my own home.

    Grr to the world! :mad::mad:

I'm not being awesome today. I've done nothing all day except sit in front of the computer.

I've bought a Fitbit thingy which I'm using as a strict food diary and I've calculated that since I bought it back in October, I've lost 11lb and 14oz.

The food diary is keeping me on the straight and narrow.

The little wristband vibrates when I reach my goal of 10,000 steps. Today, I doubt I'll reach 1,000.!!

    I've joined Faceache and LinkedIn.

I'm not enjoying either, but a singing club I've joined have a closed group on Faceache and a lot of my colleagues are on LinkedIn.

I've now got to download the tunes from Faceache via Dropbox so that I can hum along to the harmonies....

    Pffffffffft.
 Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway...
