aww thanks guys.. :) I wondered what penquin meant, I will def post in white if there's a trigger.. I'm feeling a tiny bit better today :)
Don't worry too much about penguins, if you need to post, if something is bad and you forget it's not the end of the world, its just something we have for guidance so please dont feel you cant post.

The beauty of this thread is that we talk about everything, if you're feeling bad you can post, if you're feeling happy you can post, hell if you're somewhere in between you can post. It doesn't have to be mental health related (we talk abut pretty much everything!). No matter how you're feeling always know this a safe place and you're always welcome. Nobody would ever judge you.

    Evening my lovelies,

Well a bit of a mixed bag today. Over slept a bit today. Showered face on and dressed and out straight out the door.

Went to see the new maze runner film. And it was free. As I got in free as a carer and husband had enough points to pay for his ticket :j

So apart from my fuel. It was no cost today. Had tea at my husbands a couple of reduced to clear 24p each ready meals that I bought a few weeks ago and stashed in his freezer.

Anyway back home and finished off the wash coat around the radiator and pulled up the stair carpet. Will need a lot of scraping to get all the old backing off. Oh well never mind. Keeps me off the streets and out of trouble.

I was not sure what to do with the cabinet was thinking of painting as its a bit patchy in places. But might take it out side and give it a good wash down with sugar soap and then look at it again.

Hugs and squishes and handshakes to all that need them at the moment.

    Yours

    Calley
You sound like you've had a busy day Calley, glad you enjoyed the film :) Seem to be making good progress with the DIY! :)

    I'm currently watching documentaries :D

Your natural hair colour is beautiful, Ginger!

Hope you managed to get some sleep, Welly!

Happy Birthday, MU! Hope you have a lovely time!

I am so glad that you feeling a bit better, Faerie! Please do know that you can always post, it doesn't have to just be when you feel down. You can share the happy times and cat cuddles too!

I am still feeling like my medication is the enemy but I am taking it so my anxiety is a lot less today which is a good thing. I would just like one week with a clear head, that's all. Like a little holiday for my brain. I cannot do it though so I had just better get on with it really.
Medication is NOT the enemy WaS, i know we have different illnesses but i've felt like that before and it was the hardest thing to accept but certainly for me medication is not an enemy, its something that allows me to function. Albeit not at 100% and the problems will always be there, but it makes them manageable. Sorry if i'm coming across as preachy or bossy i certainly don;t mean to, i just want you to be ok and i don't want you have have to go through any ill effects from not taking it hun.

    Yes I did.

It was either that or the Martian. Husband choose it.

Can't wait for the last part of the trilogy

    Right bed time for me.

Night. I hope everyone can get some rest tonight.

    Yours

Ok, someone give me a slap please. I have freecycled some stuff I don't want any more and nobody would buy. Someone has asked about the things (I always choose the person who asks nicely), and now I don't want to get rid of it, despite the fact that I don't need it, don't use it and it's just taking up space.

I also managed to slice right through my thumb nail and cut my finger underneath. Have dumped some nail glue on it to stop it from catching.

Also went to yoga and felt like such a failure. Everyone including my mil who has never done any yoga were being all bendy and balanced and I was wobbling and the teacher had to keep bringing me blocks because I'm not bendy. I'm a big stiff failure. But the lying on the floor for 15 minutes in the dark was lovely.

I don;t want to give you a slap, but if you stop being harsh on yourself you can have nacho cheese pringles or strawberry and cream chocolate!

What it is that's making you want to keep the item(s) you now want to keep? There was a reason you wanted to get rid, if you don;t need it and don't use it then try seeing it as giving it to someone who will make full use of it, its going to a happy forever home! You're doing someone a massive favour and something nice, and you'll be less cluttered.

Sorry about the thumb! Hope it heals soon. I'm terrible with sharp objects, i point blank refuse to use them!

Try not to feel bad about yoga, you still managed to do the class so thats a plus :) so what if you weren't as bendy as you'd hoped, its still an achievement.

There is no reason except I'm a mild hoarder and I hate getting rid of anything. It was one of the first things we bought for the house but we've used it twice and the rest of the time it's been used to dump crap on. It's also kind of in the way, but still.

I think I'd have felt better if my mil had wobbled too but she's pulling her leg up behind her and I can't even support myself on one leg.

Do you think (apart from the hoarding aspect-which beleuve me i am guilty off...i have a cellar full of stuff to sort! ) do you think it's because it was one of the first things you've bought and you have an emotional attachment?

Maybe MiL has been practising in secret? Or is just very flexible?

I had an eurghh afternoon due to someone pretty much telling me how useless I was. Repeatedly. I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time but it gave me a stonking headache.
Then I got to parent's and Gitdog had been !!!!!, but a really funny !!!!! which made me laugh. So went for a long walk to clear the head and feel more normal now.

Code, 15 minutes lying in the dark sounds fine to me - take whatever you can get from it.

ETA I'm now watching the programme about transgender kids and marvelling at how accepting the parents have been when the children are so young. Not sure I could do it.
