Thanks again everyone, we all managed to get through the day and give mum a really nice send off.
I'm back on the DF wagon today, due to recent events I have found a determination to really hammer my debts, if anything happened to me hubby would be left with a whopping bill! Hubby on the other hand thinks that we need to make the most of the time we have and make sure we are making memories and seeing things etc (all of which cost money)
So I think that the 0% offer from Santander will be taken up, I can definitely clear it in the 12 month period they have offered. This will put all of my debt on 0% cards and I think I will feel a lot better for that
I will still be able to do a bit of saving each month and I will of course be PADding like I did before. (£461.01 today BTW - catching up/getting ahead)
A frugal few weeks ahead until pay day so there won't be much more PADding but I will be popping in to check on how my MSE friends are getting on, offering encouragement where I can. I may even round down my pennies to my saving account (the only one it will let me transfer pence to, others have to be at least £1) it will all add up!
Roll on January pay day, Feb will also be frugal from my time off but they i will be back on track.
I've re-calculated my tracker to include the balance transfer and due to the interest saved this means my new DF Date will be Jan 2018 (instead of Feb 2018) I know it should have been December 17 but due to the 2 months of minimum payments I have knew there would be a knock-on effect.
Thanks for listening all

Called Santander and arranged the balance transfer, I am pleased about this and feel back in control. Now all I need to do is work on lowering the outstanding balances all-round!
Small PAD this morning of £5.20 which is small but much bigger than the pennies I had intended! I will be living on beans on toast at this rate...
Skipped lunch today so a NSD by accident...

Scratch the NSD... just had a list texted through from hubby of things we need from the supermarket.

Hello
Today wasn't such a good day, until I won £44 on a lotto scratch card. That should keep us in beans on toast for a bit haha! I've also bought a ticket for Saturday's Lotto draw just in case mum is looking out for me and they come up... you never know! :A
PAD this morning to credit cards, same lined up for tomorrow. Little by little I will break the back of this debt.
I have (following recent events) sorted some life cover out so that should the worst happen hubby will not be left with my whopping debt to clear. I did arrange this through TCB too so I will check tomorrow to see if that's tracking. I have also made a few suggestions to friends whilst the increased referral cash back offer is on! :T
I've checked the credit cards and the BT has gone through already (they said up to 10 days) so that was fast. I am chuffed I have managed to get it all on 0% now, however I remain fully aware that the onus is on me to clear it before the interest free period is over!
Still 24 debt-busting months to go... and counting.
Hope you're all looking forward to the weekend
