I received a letter saying that access from outside the UK is prohibited (so in effect get stuffed). Complained formally to the Ombudsman. Was using VPN to get access while abroad. Then today a new sign in page appeared and access achieved. So is it fixed? Wonder if so for how long?0

Aqua has revamped and redesigned its online service for everyone. I noticed a few bugs at first such as the statements page being empty. But all is fixed now ... for me at least. Still no mobile app though.0

anyone been successful with aqua's new site overseas? I actually might try the VPN on my phone right now in the UK.0

Can't get it to work properly in the UK! I use an iPad, but it always worked fine, now I get a lot of source code in place of the info I should see, most buttons don't work, it's all a bit rubbish0

Works OK on windows 7 in the EU now. Just waiting to see how well the statement download works for e-statements.0
