Has anyone managed to select statements online? I just keep getting error messages.
same, although I jus got the card.

The only blessing of this card is they take reduce your available balance immediately even on overseas transactions. some debit cards can't even manage that.

Same problem here in India on laptop and mobile. Additionally I discovered from my bank account that my DD was cancelled 10th July yet last payment was 28th September. Who cancelled it? Also I tried previously to make an extra payment on my Mastercard debit card. Aqua Mastercard don't accept Mastercard! I was charged for going over my limit. I have Halifax Clarity now with a "proper" limit and don't need Aqua any more. Terrible company who never answer complaints.

Here's another one. I've had this card for a few years. (Don't know how long as can't log in). Limit £600 and asked for increase in limit for a flight costing £650. Refused?! This card has no benefits whatsoever. I needed it for overseas spending. Don't bother, other options are available before this lowlife.

Caught the cheating b@stards out. Just logged in using Hide My IP. Luckily, balance is zero. Sent them a complaint telling them where they come from and where to go as far as I'm concerned. Lying cheating scum should be barred by the authorities. My complaint is going in.

I've noticed that, while logged in to my account, I can click on all the other links but I have to double-click on the 'Statements' link. No idea why....

Well. I'm another one giving up on this card.
I've been very patient, but they seem to have no intention of sorting this out.
I've already got the Halifax card for spending overseas, and just been accepted for a MBNA Amex with a limit of 7 times what I've got on Aqua. So no further need for a card that can't be managed online.

I'll be interested to see how this works out since their launching a mobile app. I wonder if this is why they've blocked non UK IPs.
  • Same problem here in Spain.
After an afternoon wasted trying to access their website (clearing cache, trying other computers), I just wasted all of my call credit trying to pay my bill (it didn't go through) and being on-hold for ages. There is no way to contact anyone from Aqua from abroad.

    I am so angry.
