Yes MM and cheers again. Have since spoken to them and their response has gone from 'all working fine' to 'it's bad for us too, since the weekend we have been very busy on the phone with people trying to make payments and gain access'. I think my theory of them trying to dissuade use outside UK gives them too much credit, more like inefficient really. Will see if they can resolve it.0

I'm having the same issue too. Have a very low limit and needed to pay it off so that I could pay for something online. After three days I had to resort to using a friends mobile phone to call them from here in the US God knows what that is going to cost her.
However, still can't log in to see if the balance has cleared off the account as I know it will take a few days for the payment to process.
Something has def' changed their end, as it worked fine from here earlier in the trip as I paid off what I had spent so far then too.
I've tried using my friends laptop, so don't think it is anything to do with cookies or browsers or anything else, but it is a real pain as my limit is only £250 and I keep spending it and now can't get in to pay.0 -
I'm in Cadada at the moment and facing the same problem. No joy with the proxy.
But I was able to remotely access (using VNC) my always-on PC at home. I fired up a browser on my home PC in the UK and was able to sign in to my Aqua account OK. So it does look like it's a problem from abroad - either deliberate or otherwise.
Maybe you have a trusted friend who would let you set up Remote Access or TeamViewer.0 -
I'm glad I'm not the only one who's been having problems, I've been travelling the USA for the last couple of weeks, putting all my spend through my Aqua card, and not being able to log on was an absolute nightmare with their low limits - luckily I had the payments set up as BACs from my bank, so not relying on their system, but having to keep a track of spending, estimate exchange rates and just make random payments to try and keep the balance between zero and the credit limit wasn't much fun at all! Luckily I don't think I messed up at any point (it did go into a positive balance on several occasions but I don't think they tend to flag this up) so no harm done, but not to be constantly stressing about it would have been nice.
It's interesting that it seemed to be happening overseas as I've never had this problem before, however I did manage to get on on a couple of occasions, so I don't think it would have been a total block.0 -

Hi,
I have regularly experienced this issue since I had my card in June. Can't get anywhere with it and have a similar response from customer services, I'll be looking to clear my balance and close the account. Appreciate it isn't always that simple!0 -
Hi
Yep I am also in Canada and having the same problems, think it will just have to be a case of clearing the balance and getting rid of the card. I know this is not as simple as it sounds for everyone. But sounds like they are a bit of a joke of a company to be fair0 -
This has been driving me insane over the last month! I am so relieved that others are having the same problem. I am in Germany and there is definitely a restriction from accessing the login page. I have contacted Aqua on several occasions and was informed that there's no issue.
I also tried VPN access and still no joy! NOT HAPPYY:mad:0 -
Me too. I'm in France.0

How do you set this up? I didn't realise that might be an option to pay Aqua from your bank account? I couldn't find anything on the FAQ on Aqua.
