  • Late home from work and not very motivated. Spent half an hour straightening bedrooms. My bed was changed at the weekend and I cleared two junk - or bedside table - drawers. Don't want to vacuum this late because it might wake next door children??

Having a sit down with GBBO - then will. Iron guest room bedding and make the bed.

Ionafan - fine by me, still have no idea what it is!

Oh my old lists used to be quite good, ha I might do this one myself next week:

    CY huggles for you

Dizzy we don't use the 'f' word here Mrs! Our intentions are good, life just gets in the way (you've done far more than I have).

Two loads of washing done and washing up done - that is it! Oh went blackberry picking with DS3 after work. No paid stuff tomorrow so I just may get on top of one or two tasks.

Oh well, I suppose the really important one was packing, and I somehow haven't got to it. Up early in the morning then, it looks like.

PS CY I agree with what others have said, just ask if someone can do the things that bug you most if left undone. Explain that it will help you to relax and therefore heal.

    Night allx

Happy holiday Biscuit - I think I want to postpone mine as I just know I'm not going to be ready.

    Today:
    - 2 classes at gym
    - finished report
    - printed off and got another ready to post, checked payment received
    - still communicating with girl interested in my saddle. She wants me to post it, no chance - a) I won't have time and b)the reason I picked Gumtr££ is that I thought it is local! Mr N kindly offered to drive it to her this w/e as think she is in Cambridge, only an hour away.
    - more emails regarding Mum's alleged hacking by Tesc0
-more emails about meter reading that didn't go through. If everything worked first time I'd have loads of time left......
    - picked up more greengages and cut up others
    - tried on several clothes for holiday
-made a couple of phone calls
    - got 2 potential clients booking assessments for Oct. Both siblings of others I have assessed, so I suppose that is good
-I'm sure I did some more housey domestic stuff but I've lost track

Had a panicked dash to emergency vets with our 17 year old cat. Heard a terrific racket from LR, shouted for DD and found a stunned and apparently immobile cat and promptly burst into tears. I reckon she fell from the sofa and could have hit the coffee table on her way down. She looked awful, held her head oddly and, although she eventually did move she didn't move far and lay down again. But nothing broken. Stress level through the roof. Am somewhat breathless now which just goes to confirm my belief that my asthma is triggered when I am anxious.
And we are buying a new cat carrier.
*sigh* there goes my eBay 'profit'

Valli glad the cat is okay.. It's a worrying time when that happens isn't it. Luckily nothing too major happened to her. Give her a lovely cuddle and some tuna for tea tomorrow :D

  • Morning everyone

Valli hope the cat is OK this morning.

We have just had a nice relaxing couple of days away so its back to work this morning. Need some food shopping later, I have a birthday cake to ice, washing to sort, DS to collect at some point.
