    Well done freddy.

I assume they now know the difference between the IPC/BPA and the CSA? And that the DVLA have confirmed that they cannot obtain data?

they know , but are just going "la la la"
  • So... what am I supposed to do?
  • well sit back and wait for more garbage from ANPR , IF he proceeds with court papers , return , as I am sure a few people from here and pepipoo would love to come to court and act for you.

Well the signs say they have to pay RMG £100 as you have caused them to break their contract with RMG, so ask RMG for the £100 and pass it back to ANPR Ltd.

I am of course taking the pi55 which is the best way to deal with these muppets.

And as Freddie says negative reviews as much as you can on social media.

    Dear RMG,

ANPR Ltd. is your agent therefore your statement that you cannot get involved is patently untrue. Furthermore your grasp of the legalities of the situation is tenuous at best if you think it involves illegal parking.

Should ANPR Ltd., your agent, proceed to court action in this matter I will apply to the court to have RMG, as the principal, joined to the case as a claimant. I would therefore be grateful if you would provide me with the name and postal address of the employee who would be appearing in court for you in these circumstances. Would that be you?

If/when court papers are received I will further require a list of that person's holidays and other commitments so that a suitable hearing date can be arranged with the court.

Don't ponce about emailing it, send a proper letter with a proof of posting.

    Hi All,

So after almost a year with hearing a thing about this, a new letter has been recieved from ANPR Ltd! Yes, 9 (nine) months later this is starting to rear it's ugly head again!

Demanding £100 now before they send the debt collectors round!

The question is - ignore? or deal with it?
