glad to report that senior management at RMG are having meeting on Monday and the topic of accreditation of the car park management company will be looked into , if it fails to meet there exacting standards (as set out) the contract with the car parking Co will be terminated
look out for new signs appearing near you , if you use RMG as a management company0 -

UPDATE: I have just this evening received this email from the RMG Property Management Group, some 13 days after emailing them.Unfortunately when the company ANPR issues a ticket to someone who has parked illegally on the car park then we cannot get involved with the matter any further.
There is signage erected around the areas which note a badge is required to park there.
I am sorry that I cannot be of further help with this matter.
What next?0 -
one possible way to sway them a little is to write back and ask them who the 'named person' will be if this gets to court and they are called ... or held joint responsible with the PPC .....

I have those names , already attached to an ombudsman's complaint, they finally accepted the last rebuttal as a "cannot proceed any further" letter
not only will ANPR be walking ,but RMG are going to get roasted regarding comments (untruths) on there website.
the comment above "I am sorry that I cannot be of further help with this matter" is simply untrue , because as their employer they can TELL ANPR to cancel it!0
