Comments

  • UPDATE:

Spoke to RMG Property Management Group and it looks like they are going to sort it out for me (fingers crossed).

Made them aware of the actions of Trevor and APNR Ltd. and i'm told that they will inform the relevant people, although i'm sure whistleblowing from any other source (hint hint) would be appreciated to speed up the process.
  • just had there PR on the phone , asked them to put there words as an email ,

    email received as:

    Good afternoon,

    Thank you for your email.

I can advise that you will need to speak to the estate agent, who did not make you aware that the car park where you were parked, is a permit car park, where only residents with a permit are obliged to park. Unfortunately, any disputes further will need to be directly with the agency, as RMG have no control over this issue.

If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to contact us on 03450024444 or email customerservice@rmg.gb.com where one of our customer service advisors will be happy to assist.

    Kind Regards,
    Chloe Tolfree

yes we want you to get your ticket cancelled , but what about the future , if you move in there , expect a few tickets a week because a blindman working for this Company cannot read your permit.

the management need to know who they hired and the consequence's of hiring a Company that does not meet there own (published) standards

time the UK was rid his company , they have lowered the standards of Private parking to a point that is incomprehensible to describe.

every time I hear of a company using ANPR ltd (The company), I will inform them of his activities and his currant ATA status , warning them that they may be acting beyond the law by continuing there contract.

this company is headed by a bitter man that less than an hour after loosing his contract with Preston council , rang the local police , who interviewed me and attempted to give me a caution for harassment !

bloody right , I won't harass him , but I will inform EVERY one of his clients about the actions of his COMPANY actions and ask them to view his accreditation .

Full pressure needs to be applied to the landowner/whoever hired this lot.
While Trev and co may appear to be a joke, those who have fallen victim are not smiling, and its about time this bad joke was stopped

  • I have been advised to edit my posts to reflect the fact that the company that have issued the ticket was ANPR Ltd , this company for anyone that does not know is run by a charming gentleman called Mr T Whitehouse.

all my allegation's listed above relate to a company called ANPR Ltd , which is run By Mr Whitehouse , and not him in person.

Perhaps someone should suggest to RMG that they Google 'Law of Agency' so they can read about their true legal position with regards to their liability for the actions of their Agent ANPR Ltd.

If they can get their heads out of the sand for long enough...

What do others think of my money making scheme? The OP could rent the flat, get registered with ANPR ltd for self ticketing then collect £10 a pop by photographing their own car evey day and ignoring the ticket.
I married my cousin. I had to...

be quiet , I'm already doing it with them , UKPC and two more , £840 already this year , although I had to take one to the CC for no payment , I then used DR+/ZZPS/and right hastle to get the money for me

the PPC would have to have permission of the land owner to start court action , this is declined AFTER the payment is made to you.

although to be honest its a joke , the guy with the camera only gets paid after the mug has paid up , due to forums "Norris Cole" is running out of film for his Kodac Brownie , and cant afford to buy any more

It is quite correct that the details should refer to ANPR Ltd as it is a separate legal entity in its own right.

You cannot ascribe the whole of the blame to an individual when he only owns 51% of the company. Any issues IMHO should also be shared with Annette who owns the other 49% though to what extent she can influence the behaviour of the company one can only guess at.
