Please with my money making efforts this week
so far:
Did ms assignment on Tuesday £19
Doing ms assignment today £25
Have another ms assignment tomorrow £11
sold 2 items on fleabay £15
received interest on 123 account £9.94
Total efforts for the week (so far) £79.94 :j
Have 2 items on fleabay ending today both with watchers
Things I am grateful for over the last 24 hours:
1. the above
2. dgd was a little angel yesterday while I had a migraine and let me lay on the sofa until it went and she happily played and watched tv - such a blessing as would have had to have asked oh to come home overwise
3. After the migraine I was feeling wiped out so we *almost* got a take away but managed to force myself to cook sausage and mash instead in a moment of being sensible! £15 saved :T
4. I *won* the mini micro scooter I was watching for dgd's Christmas gift for £15 instead of £60+ to buy new
5. Play group was free as it was the first time we went so £4 saved :T
6. cherry tomatoes are ripening nicely in the greenhouse
Not bad for a day that was a bit of a wipe out because of a migraine :beer:DF as at 30/12/16

Just booked a space to go and see a lecture on BPD with Valerie Porr (who is a leading expert in the field in America) at the end of next month. Tickets for carers could be £10, £5 concession or £0 concession. I chose the £5 ticket and have asked a friend if she wants to come too.
Spends for the week so far £30.15/£50
Will buy some lemons and take ingredients for Caipirinhas to my friend's tonight instead of a bottle of wine as have all of the other ingredients

Things to be grateful for:
1. Went for a lovely walk with 2 friends in the local woods. Good exercise and got to catch up with friends
2. My friend gave me a lovely sandwich and a packet of crisps for lunch
3. The ms assignment I did was straightforward, I've got better at these over the last month. Which is a good job as it was stressful keep making mistakes
4. I was paid for the ms assignments I did in August by one company. Withdrew £78 from paypal
5. Received a voucher for £30 from ebay as I signed up to selling things between certain dates and they would match what I earnt. Have my eye on some winter boots so that's them covered. Will just need to pay for postage :TDF as at 30/12/16

Hope you're having a good time at your friend's place tonight, and that the pesky migraine is long gone. Sounds like you've had a really good, productive week with lots of earnings going on. I am impatiently waiting for payday because it feels like ages since I've done anything useful regarding money. Not giving up

Gosh didn't post things to be grateful for for 48 hours  Will do the last 48 hours today...
1. Our lovely cm had dgd for a few hours for me on Friday meaning I could go and do 2 ms assignments and earn £45 (after petrol & cm costs earnt about £25)
2. I lost the receipt to one of the ms assignments rendering it unpayable
called oh upset and he then went to the cm's road to see if he could find it and he did :j
3. Took dgd to the playgym and she loved it
4. caught up with a friend there
5. Oh's cousin has said we can use his pub when for the venue for my 40th birthday party in November
6. yesterday went to the local food and drink festival in our town, had some lovely food, played in the park with dgd, saw some friends I hadn't seen for years
7. Used sainsburys pizza express vouchers to get 2 pizzas for dinner last night
8. The manager at PE let us take them takeaway rather than eat in (voucher says specifically they aren't for take away, but I thought if you don't ask you don't get
) and we got a bottle of wine and came home with them
9. the sun has been out for the last 2 days and looks like it's going to be a nice day today as well :T
10. the last couple of days I have been trying to be online less and have managed to
yesterday only coming on here in the morning
that'll do
need to get ready and get on with the day. Going to pop to the bootfair before going to visit a friend and collect the scooter

£30.15/£50
Spends for last week:
£6.70 on fish and chips on Saturday
£15.50 on Monday going to dd's (only going to include the net amount spent as the other spends can come from other pots already accounted for )
Treated myself yesterday to a Superdrug Hot Cloth Cleanser With Muslin Cloth 150ml which was on offer @ £2.95 (from £5.95) and it's got good reviews
Thursday: £1 on limes for drinks at friend's
Friday: ticket to lecture £5
Saturday: £6 pad thai at food festival, £1 pastry for dgd and a £1 for a goodie bag
Sunday: £1 for bag, £1 for glasses, 20p for a felt game for dgd (which she loved) & £1 for travel mug all at bootfair
so personal spends for the week £43.35/£50 :T
Arrrgggh just realised I also bought some leather winter boots on fleabay. They were £41 + £4.99 p&p but I had a £30 voucher from fleabay so they cost me £15.99 :T
So total £59.34
It's quite a lot with no income! But managed to do 7 ms assignments & sold a couple of bits on ebay so earnt £145 last week
Also got a Tonka digger for my godson & a shopping basket of toy food bigs for dgd for Christmas for £3.50 but this will come out of Christmas budget & a Brita water filter - brand new with a filter in it! - for £1 but this will come out of the grocery budget.DF as at 30/12/16

Hi world - well at least the MSE section of it

It's been a whole week since I posted. So have been achieving my goal of living more in the real world & less online :T
So many things to be grateful for over that week including having a lovely mini break with my bff, enjoying a last blast of summer sun, flights were good, staying within budget, it was lovely coming home to oh & dgd, dgd was very loving & pleased to see me, the weekend has been lovely weather and we have spent a lot of time as a family but also getting jobs done.
Also very exciting oh has a job interview today - 2nd stage interview as he had a telephone interview last week. If he gets it we will be relocating to Brighton :j We've wanted to live there for years but it never seemed to be the right time.
Sadly the time has come to start looking for another job
oh & I had a conversation at the weekend and it seems me not working is putting too much pressure on him. I have really been enjoying not working these last few weeks but I don't want the trade of being my darling oh is stressed and under a lot of pressure. So after today (hopefully he'll get an answer today!) or the next few days we'll know what are immediate plans are and then I'll start looking.
I'm really starting to think I may go back to uni to go into clinical psychology. I always worked in mental health within a housing setting, but feel I don't want to be in housing anymore. With the money I am due to get I could afford to fund a post grad course and to get accepted you need to be doing work within the field so I'll be looking in this area.
Anyway... apart from the above this week needs to be focused on earning some cash. All of the ms assignments I did last month won't be paid until 31/10/15 so I have a slight cash flow problem. Need to get a little cash together to fund my life for the next 4 weeks! So lots of ebaying/facebaying this week, as well as keeping my spending as low as possible! Tuesday & Thursday while dgd is at the cm's will be reserved for job hunting, ebaying & msing.DF as at 30/12/16
