My account offer is now showing ...Entertainment £15 but they have increased box sets and HD to £3.50 each!! Last Friday on mydeal it was £17 plus £1 each for box sets and HD, now its saying can`t process any thing on line and I need to chat or ring them.
Its only been a week since I gave notice, so hanging on a bit longer.0 -

EDIT - Have now just added Sky Q multiroom to my account, they gave me a 2TB box and a mini box for free and waived the £30 installation fee, so my total bill is now £49 a month0 -
I have been offered the following what's your thoughts
Sky Tv £12
sky Superfast broadband and line rental £25
Total £370 -
Just been offered all channels minus kids, HD, box sets, upgrade to skyq 2tb, multiroom, mini box, superfast broadband (no boost) for 90 a month, no set up fee but a £10 admin fee. Is this poor?0

I have just got all Channels except Cinema with multiroom and Netflix for £56 but no broadband if that helps0

I got all the above on Sky Q plus HD and Cinema for £57.
It was a hard slog though, as although that was an earlier chat quote, when I went back to them they said that didn't include multi-room and that would add £13.
As I had the chat transcript I insisted that they honour the deal, and they did after some 'discussion'. They also waived the admin fee.0 -

its not terrible but I have the identical TV pacakage, 2TB Q and a mini box for £49 a month, I dont have the internet tho, ive been a customer for 16 years which probs qualifies me for the max discount0 -

you might be right but one of my friends has been a customer for only a few years and when he tried the same trick and handed in his 31 day cancellation notice he actually waited for it to run out, he was disconnected for a few days before agreeing a new deal but he still didnt get as cheap as I did0
