  • Afternoon peeps!

Financial news this morning - I have worked out the earnings from a relief SW group I ran last week and have paid across a further £113.35 to the T3sco CC making the balance now sub £2,000:j at £1944.89:j with less than 50% left to pay off:j

    Yippee!!!

Money still being stoozed until Mar 2017 when the 0% comes to an end, earning interest in my S123 account (currently about £11.50 per month which also gets thrown at the card).

No more relief groups for a bit though which is a shame as it's useful to have and is resposible for my big inroads into finally:eek: paying this debt off which has been round my neck for years because I've never been this focused.

  • Morning everyone,

    Yippee!!

Its monthly pay day today and this month, it coincides with a weekly pay day too!! So once I've worked out all the pennies, I'll be adding a bit to my EMergency Fund, and budgeting for March's direct debits. Another big chunk off the credit card will be on the cards too, (pun intended!!) and if I can squeeze a bit more, perhaps a wee bit more into the holiday account (absolutely having a sunshine holiday this year!)

Will post when I've sorted it all out!

Looks like a good day for washing and drying on the line today, so I'll be making a start on that too.

A :coffee: first though? Can I pour anyone a cup?

  • Great stuff!

Another £95 sent to the CC being a min payment of £50 + £45 stoozed.

Now paid 59% off. Shame I couldn't squeeze an extra 1% to make it a round 60% but no doubt that'll come next week.

    Feeling proud!

  • Evening everyone,

I've been out of the loop for a few days as I've been away, but got back to afternoon to a lovely HMRC cheque for my tax refund. That's going to help big time as it's a sizeable amount of £1,613.92

Will put some towards cc debt, some to holiday, some to emergency fund and some towards mending my leaky bath - so want to get back to evenings of Molton Brown loveliness!!!

  • Boy was it cold at 7:15am this morning when I was loading the car up to go to Group.

Had lots of texts from members asking for holidays because it's half-term. I hate half-term!! It'll mean a lot of members coming back next week with gains, who then may decide not to stay to Group, and hence get no support for the coming week.

As you can see, I get very worried about members who don't stay because I know they're setting themselves up for a tougher week than it needs to be.

The texts are still pinging in for tonight's group too. I'll be sat there on my own at this rate!
