Top cashback fails to track on the larger purchases

Well here I go again. I go through Top Cashback and spend a bit more money than usual with a site that usually tracks. Both instances the transactions have failed to track. Emailed Top cashback and I get the usual "We're sorry that something seems to have gone wrong with your transaction" Getting very predictable now
They have put it "on ice" What's that, the new Top Cashback Christmas on ice show ?

Been noticing similar problems, bought from Argos using fast track, tcb promised 7% so I'm expecting about £23...didn't track, I've had this happen before on both quidco (over £1500 cash back) and tcb (over £400 so far) so I know what and what not to do....so I took screen grabs of every page in the transaction and I can see on tcb where it has the date and correct time I made the transaction....so I've got the standard robot email.....just waiting now to see what happens....:mad:No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere0 -
never had problems with TCB , i swtched from Quidco as they failed to track on a few transactions , all the TCB have paid although some of the car insurance ones take upto 12months"If I know I'm going crazy, I must not be insane"0

Why oh why oh why do nearly all purchases never track at TCB ? It's a joke. I have lost confidence in them. There are many "waiting for merchants" pending going back from March 2015, they never let you draw your earnings as vouchers like M@S. Finding info in your account is very user unfriendly as the site design is awful to navigate. I do wonder if they do this deliberately just to get you to upgrade your account. I think I will be looking elsewhere for my cashback.0

I've moved back to quidco tbh. o2 was the last big one I did and it was declined after 9 months, 2 months of waiting for answer (still no answer). Other items seem to randomly declined. Quidco seems more stable. Maybe one day o2 will confirm either way.0
