I'm getting letters from BW Legal about this. I've been ignoring them as the MA told us to but after reading a few other threads I'm going to reply.

The MA told us to ignore VCS as the tickets were unenforceable as they didn't have a contract to administer tickets.

This has reignited because I got a letter from the MA saying they are going to contract UKPC to patrol the car park having now dispensed with VCS. No idea if they are more reputable than VCS.

I have checked and they are BPA and Park Mark accredited. I thought VCS were IPC but having just looked on their website they also have the BPA logo. I'm sure they didn't when this started does anyone know if they have become BPA fairly recently? Can they be in both BPA and IPC?

If anyone else who got tickets sees this I'd appreciate hearing if anyone else is getting the BW Legal letters. I'm sure I can't be the only one. I will also ask the MA as they were the ones saying not to pay the tickets.

Come on, search the forum - practically every other thread is about replying to these letters...

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Call a meeting and SACK your management agents.
    THEY WORK FOR YOU
Tail wagging the dog and ripping you all off.

They are your contractors, you employ them, you can sack them.

    Get on with it.

Sorry I meant specifically anyone from this development so we can coordinate responses rather than everyone do it individually. I already said I was planning on replying based on a search I did on this forum.

UKPC were caught doctoring photo' "evidence" last year by changing timestamps. They were temporarily banned from obtaining keeper details from the DVLA as a result. They have been investigated three times now for dodgy practices.
They are a bunch of scammers and the MA must either be mad, or crooks to employ a company like this.

Vehicle Control Solutions are BPA members.
Vehicle Control Services are IPC members.

Parking companies can be affiliated with both outfits, but only use one for alternative dispute resolution.

VCS sheffield are in both trade bodies but use the IAS from the IPC for the CoP and the appeals

the logois are different when they are corporate members compared to when they are AOS members , so yes they can be a member of both , so corporate twice , AOS once
