It's OHs last payday from his old job today and it was a bit more than we anticipated and budgeted for so we can put some money back into our joint savings
I'm still struggling with my ankle. I put a pair of flat boots on last night and cried when I tried to walk. I've only worn skechers since it happened which aren't too bad as long as I'm careful but I think I may have to admit defeat and get it looked at, especially because it's now turned even more shades of purple and black
Waiting for the minimum DDs to come out at the moment so I can update figures properly. I really just want it done and dusted now, still such a long way to go
May have sold a large item on FB sales, will have to see if they turn up to collect last night. Only £20 and will go into our house money tin so not a debt payment but still a bonus and get's us a bit more room in the garage. Fingers crossed
I need to start saving for Bruges too, as we are driving we need to allocate $ for fuel etc. OH lovely for sorting it and booking hotel but doesn't really think about logistics...
Thank god it's friday. Work has been rough this week. My director is off work and for some reason all other managers want me to make their decisions, but then don't like what I decide so ends up in a stand off

So sorry you are still in pain. Anything to do with walking is a huge inconvenience as you can hardly not walk to get about!" Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Such a pain Bob, I am cautiously ok in my cloud shoes, with the odd twinge and regular rests, but any rigid sole or even a cowboy boot size heel is a no go.
Very annoying as we are off to London for the day next weekend for the Waitangi Day parade (a kiwi national holiday) ending with the Haka near the houses of parliament...not sure how much use I'll be if I'm still struggling to walk!:j PAID VERY, Barclaycard x3, Vanquis, Natwest, O/D, Tesco & MBNA x2 PAID :j LBM 24/07/15 - Original Debt: £0/31010.23 (100% paid)

Please get it looked at. If you're getting fresh bruising then it is still getting worse isn't it?

Well I went to A&E but the 4.5 hour wait was enough to send me away again! It is easier, I'll need to remind myself that I can't wear heels just yet
I'm looking forward to Saturday, especially now I have decided just to wear my skechers - so comfortable, even with a poorly ankle!
I've done a bit of budget re-jigging as my EF is now £1000 :T:T and decided to reduce the £200 a month which was diverted to there and save next months for Bruges spends then use it to pay more off the debt.
My Dad has finally had his paperwork through for monies which will be coming his way in April, which means he will give some to me to finally pay me what is left owing. It's not loads but will reduce my DF date another month
OH did the transfer back into savings so our joint savings are now sitting it £600. Knowing that we have 1 months salary for me in savings between us has made me feel a bit better about slowing the EF payments.
Had to do a bit of rethinking about the Bruges trip as OH hadn't taken into account the fact that our insurance doesn't cover european travel or the ferry! Once I worked it out, it was going to be almost £500 on a car repair (not essential whilst doing small journeys, but would have been for a long trip), added insurance, ferry and fuel
We are now getting the train to london (£28 for both of us return :money:) and then the Eurostar (definitely not :money:) but overall still cheaper than driving.
FB sales item sold so money into the house pot (which is actually our New Zealand fund too)
Snagging men came in on Friday and if anything the replastering looks worse than before! Then our toilet has started leaking so I've left a rather irate message for them as have been calling all day and messaged twice and no response. Will be heading to the site office later to make it clear that I'm not happy and it's not good enough....I think they dread seeing me!:j PAID VERY, Barclaycard x3, Vanquis, Natwest, O/D, Tesco & MBNA x2 PAID :j LBM 24/07/15 - Original Debt: £0/31010.23 (100% paid)

I think it's got to be done with New builds! Went to our neighbours on Sat night and OH and I are trying to work out if I'm just anal about things, they are super laid back, or they have just had less snagging issues than us!
