I have just received a letter from these, I've just sent them a long angry email telling them I won't be paying any debt and told them if they do not sort it out with their scamming clients I will get legal representation and contact the police about it I also told them I will be posting it all over the Internet about the scam, I'm disgusted. I spoke to someone from slimgenix and she told me they wouldn't attempt to take anymore out of my bank even though they shouldn't be anyway and a year later I get a debt letter about unpaid invoices. I had to cancel my card and get new details through these people and now I get this letter. They tried to take £97.50 first time now they are saying I owe £71.24 and a collection fee of £34.70 so I owe £105.94. What for exactly?! It is disgusting and k see they have got other people with their scam, of advise anyone on social networking sites to spread the word about it and let everyone know to avoid it, I'm not on anything like but if I was I would let everyone know and spread the word about these scammers.0

I had a reply off these today saying my case is closed, anyone else who recieves a letter I would advise you to send them an email as I'm pretty sure they will close that case too. Although I was worried and angry at the time I think they are part of the scam, in the letter it said they had sent me letters already and a final demand which I've never recieved, in the letter it says pay within 5 days of recieving the letter, it looks like they are just trying to see what they can get out of people so don't pay it and send them an email strait away, I'm certain they are part of it all. My case is now closed.0

I too feel foul of one of those Internet "training supplements" 14 day deals. I realised I'd made a mistake having read numerous negative reviews on the products and the conduct of the company. I cancelled my agreement in line with their terms and conditions, although they didn't make it easy!
Recently I received a letter from GGN Mastering Credit. It is a debt recovery company based in the Netherlands. They demanded I pay them a sum of money owed to their client (the health supplement company) plus their admin fee. If I didn't I would be taken to Civil court.
I spoke with the FCA and citizens advice with regard to whether the debt recovery company based in the Netherlands and their client, based in the Saychelles, had legal standing here in the UK. It would seem, nobody was able to give me a definitive answers, except if an individual had not complied with the the original terms and conditions, they could be expected to pay the sum of money expected.
Because of the conduct of the health supplement company, I was referred to Action Fraud, they informed me numerous people had complained to them about the "offers" and they we being investigated. I made a brief report to their operator and was supplied with a crime reference number.
I then e-mail GGN, explaining in no uncertain terms I did not owe their client and furthermore I had reported their client to Action Fraud (including the crime reference number).
I recently received this reply " Dear Sir, dear Madam,
We confirm receipt of your reaction in regards to the claim of our customer.
Due to the nature of your dispute, our customer advised us to close the case.
Kind regards,
GGN"
I cannot stress this enough. This company are strong arming people into paying money they probably don't owe. People are afraid they will have to go to court or receive adverse credit as a result. It is definitely worth e-mailing GGN you will probably get them same response as I.0 -
