I saw something like this on BBC's Watchdog. At that time they were advising that it was a scam and further advising victims to report it to Trading Standards Authority which is aware of the scam and many others like it.0

Hello everybody.
I also received an letter from GGN International mastering credit last monthm and today asking le to pay by money tranfer some 150€. I called them in Nedertland and posted an email today to them sending the picture of the letter received and they said this letter was sent by their company named GGN International. They dont know the reference of the document they sent me and the guy I got on the phone told me, please call directly the company who sent you the product because they use your document (paper form) directly.
What is strange is that I never bought any product from this supplier Natural Health network LTD in great Britain. i just know tjat laqt year, my credit card was robbed and someone used it to pay something on internet. One year after, I received this letter.
In addition, i never received anything, no product, no invoices, just a letter asking me to pay.
So I think we should group all our requests here and asks the Europeean Union at Bruxelles to protect people from this kind of company.
Did someone find an solution to this problem of GGN ? If yes, how do you did ? I will really appreciate the help because it is really stressfull.

Your situation is identical to mine. I sent ggn an email and they did reply saying they have closed the matter?? Not sure if this will be the end of it but I hope so. I reported it to my bank and they said they couldn't help. I also reported it too Action Fraud UK.0

Hello All,
I received an email from GGN where they said the customer cancelled to ask me the amount of 150€.
This is really strange because they said it may be an error from their side, but now I have a email to prove that I have no money to give them because I never bought any product to this supplier.

Hi. I too have received a letter from GGN and whilst I did order the aforementioned pills, I called the company to cancel almost immediately and returned the pills, as advised. However, I now need to send an email explaining why I do not owe them anything, and this is where I would appreciate your help. The only example of a successful letter I seem to have seen on here was from one of you who didn't request the pills in the first instance. Could I please ask for any of you who did order the pills to share your email communication with me? I feel distraught and would really appreciate your help. Thank you.0

Dear Hales9927,
Would you be able to share your emails with me so that I may also communicate with them to the same successful outcome?0 -
Received a letter from this company today (26/09) - read through this helpful thread and sent them this email - hope it helps others who may have been/are being trolled by these scammers
Subject: 7 Seas International Ltd - Client no. Zzzzzz
To whom it may concern @ "GGN Mastering Credit"
I received a letter dated 23/09/2015 requesting payment of £xxxx for the above "account" within 7 days
I have never received the tablets and sometime in December 2014, received a call from a "representative" of 7 Seas International Ltd stating that money they tried to withdraw from my account (for tablets that had never arrived), had been declined. I then advised that as the items had NOT been received and I owed NOTHING, that I would cancel the "account" with immediate effect, as they were trying to illicit money from me by deception.
Regarding the supposed money I owe, only a civil court could order me to pay a civil debt. To get such an order the claimant (e.g. the trader or their collection agency) must provide proof that I owe a debt, and that they are entitled to recover that debt.
In addition, debt collection agencies are simply companies that can request payment on another company’s behalf. Only a bailiff would have powers to take further action and a bailiff would have to be appointed by a court. A court will only appoint a bailiff if the trader is successful in taking court action and then the defendant refuses to comply with the court’s decision. There is no proof that I owe a debt to this company.
As I DO NOT owe any money to either you or this company, I have reported both 7 Seas International Ltd and GGN Mastering Credit to the UK Trading Standards Authority and Action Fraud UK for attempting to obtain money from me fraudulently.
Be advised that I require an urgent response that this matter HAS BEEN CLOSED.0 -
I recieved notification from you today, demanding payment of £125.89 ,invoice number 2839493 .I am recieving guidence from Citizence Advice regarding this as I cancelled the order and returned pills within 24 hours of recieving them .I have been advised to contact Action fraud by the Police if further action is taken . I sincerely hope that this has been an oversite by 7 seas lnternational and look forward to a cancellation of this very worrying letter Yours Sincerely , Catherine Moore0
