I've just had a tesco delivery so my first spend of the month is £46.01. This is only a top-up shop as we were running out of milk and bread etc but as the minimum spend is now £40 I added a lot of extras such as tea and coffee to stock up my stash. Tetleys teabags are on offer at tescos at £2.49 for 240 (750g) so I got a few bags to keep me going :D.

    Hiya everyone :hello:

I declared for July at £181.41/£200 so that's £18.59 into the Bulk buy fund. This reduces the deficit there to -£3.96 which I should cover this month.

Have done my menu plan for the month and have most of it in stock/freezer.

Went shopping today at Al*i for f & v, dairy, eggs and pack-ups and spent £17.39 and Morrys for potatoes was £2.00 so total for the day was £19.39 to add for month.

Hope you all have a super Monday

aim for tomorrow to be one as well.
Have managed to use quite a number of items out of freezer so tomorrow I aim to defrost the outside freezer depending on weather and if Mum is ok.

    Good morning all :)

    NSD for yesterday :j

It's just DH and I for food this week, as our lovely little boys are scooting off to Wales on holiday with my folks!

Going to have to do a little shop today, I think. Unless I get really creative with what I have in stock... I will have to go and see what I have in before work. Will update later :A

Have a great day everyone!

A small spend on Saturday of £13.74 which included a couple of bottles of wine, so not too bad. Yesterday was NSD and should be another one today. Signature updated.

  • I really need to shop without OH, all my plans and lists go out of the window when he's around. Having the kids home from school doesn't help with my budgeting either they eat me out of house and home. First big shop of the month came in at £82.40 but that should hopefully last us for a while. I have a feeling my first target might be a bit low!
