I saw it on one of the threada on here yesterday, it is one egg, beaten.
One banana mashed and then mixed all together.

You then preheat a pan with some oil and cook like small pancakes, each one about a table spoonful of mixture. Cook for 2 mins on each side Xx

I forgot to add, the riper the banana, the better. I got super reduced bananas from the co0p as they were perfectly ripe. X

    Thanks kb
I normally get whoopsied bananas as I make ice cream out of them but i'm thinking this could be a good way to get some fruit into my boys plus they sound yummy !!

I'm thinking of making banana milkshakes tomorrow as a treat. Banana and milk whizzed in the blender. X

Banana milkshakes are really nice if you freeze some or all of your bananas- I usually use 1 frozen and 1 fresh to 1/2 pint milk for a nice cold milkshake or both frozen for a really thick ice cream milkshake effect :)

My favourite breakfast of the moment is a banana, chocolate and peanut butter milkshake - 1/2 pint milk, one frozen banana, 3 heaped tbsp oats soaked overnight in the milk, 1/2 tbsp peanut butter and around 1tbsp cocoa powder depending how chocolatey you like it.

Best breakfast ever, plus handy for work as I freeze the banana and soak the oats the night before then in the morning blend up, stick in a bottle and drink en route to work :D

Evening all and welcome to more new peoples and returners :hello:

Had second NSD of the month today.

We had two salmon fillets, croquette potatoes, asparagus and hollandaise sauce today. The salmon was from Mr S at the weekend, cost £9.00 and made seven fillets. I thought this quite good and the flavour was great - rest frozen for another day.

Made a huge slow-cooker pot-full of chilli beef yesterday and froze it down. There's two portions in the fridge for the morrow and thirteen portions in the freezer ;)

Hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday
