    Best of luck to Syman.

I know what you mean x_raphael_xx. I am currently back at my starting weight as of January 1st this year!

    Hope things improve Poppy27.

fredsnail, thanks for everything for March 2018.

    Just info :-

Also, for March 2018, I did an extra 4.6 miles so the outdoor bike miles for that month were 44.8 miles.

    STS since last Wednesday.

This month, I'll record gardening time for the exercise challenge.
    So far = 33 minutes.

Did one longer bike ride last week and also some local shopping trips by bike. Also, have used the indoor bike everyday. Diet was not affected by Easter!

    Thanks.

Whoops, forgot to post my WI yesterday, long busy day.
    0.6lb loss

    Fred
I'm not sure what happened to the calculation on your chart, 21st March was correct, 28th March should have been -6.8, I'm now -7.4lbs. :D

I won't join the challenge this month, I'm running the Brighton marathon next weekend, so I know I'll complete it :rotfl:

    + 2lbs since last Wednesday.

+ 3 hours and 4 minutes for the London Marathon (just gardening time recorded this month).

Hardly any outdoor biking has been done and diet has been higher calorie.
Usual indoor biking has been done. Body weight is up by 2lbs as of 1/1/18.

    Good luck everybody. Thanks fredsnail.
