STS since last Sunday.
Indoor and outdoor biking as usual.
For the London Marathon Challenge = + 4 hours and 48 minutes.
(Gardening time only recorded this month).
Pleased that the garden is getting done. Hope the better weather lasts.

Did my Marathon on Sunday. Very pleased with my 05:22:51 time, more pleased with how much fitter I felt than last time.

I'm kinda proud of myself.
Signed up for next year during the weekend (cos it's cheaper) in the meantime I have a 10k and Half marathon in May, and half marathons in Sept & Oct to keep me busy.
