Fred my total on your chart is wrong, I've now lost a total of 10lbs this year, not 15.6lbs

Just info.

April 2018 = 31.5 miles (outdoor bike).

+ 4lbs since last Wednesday.

Diet was very similar to the previous week.

Exercise seemed more e.g. indoor biking everyday, outdoor bike used and two appointments meant walking both ways for one whereas the other partly used the bus. Also, 25th April - end 30th April for the London Marathon Challenge = + 2 hours and 42 minutes. (Just gardening time recorded in April 2018).

Woo!! Broke out of the 180's!! Finally in the 170's.

-1.8lbs loss this week

Just the one run so far = 4.65m (Had one planned for Tuesday too, but 10 hr shift put an end to that plan)
