STS since last Wednesday. Did a lot more exercise last week consisting upon indoor biking, gardening and two harder outdoor bike rides.

For the exercise challenge, please would you convert + 15.4 miles
(i.e. miles on the outdoor bike so far this month).

I'll just record the outdoor bike miles and any walking this month.

    Thanks.

    - 2lbs since last Wednesday.

For the exercise challenge (i.e. walking and outdoor biking this month) = + 11.2 miles cycling. 2 of the bike rides were harder than usual; the other just to local shops. Also, have used the indoor bike everyday. Diet seemed a struggle so the weight loss was unexpected.

    Thanks fredsnail.

    That's a lot x_raphael_xx.

    My results :-

+ 2lbs since last Wednesday. Calories were only a bit more than usual. Two fairly tough outdoor bike rides were done plus local shopping trips. Also, lots of indoor biking and only a little gardening.

+ 13.6 miles for the London to Pyeongchang exercise challenge (i.e. just walking and outdoor biking recorded this month).
