STS since last Wednesday. Diet remains the same. Some (local) outdoor biking before the snow came on Tuesday. Continue to also do the indoor biking.

    Outdoor bike miles/February 2018 = 22 miles.

    Thanks fredsnail.

I!!!8217;ve STS this week - we don!!!8217;t have scales at home so I do it on a Tuesday at my grandparents, I hope this doesn!!!8217;t mess things up.

The Pyeongchang challenge sounds interesting. I only do walking and monitor my steps at the moment, so would I be able to take part?

    - 2lbs since last Wednesday. Walked to some local shops 1.5 miles approximately. Also, one local bicycle trip once the snow/winds lessened. Apart from that, indoor biking and a slight improvement with diet.

    Thanks fredsnail.

    Hi welcome to the thread.

That's absolutely fine - it doesn't matter when you post your result it will go on the chart.

Yes you can take part in the challenge - just post whatever exercise you do and I'll log it for you and convert it if necessary. :T:T
