    + 3lbs since last Wednesday :(. Diet was about the same as the previous week. More biking done whether it be in or outdoors.

  • Very bad news this week caused 3 takeaways and zero exercise.
    Resulting in a 2.6lb gain.

    Fat % has dropped by 0.6% thou??

    Once this news has been mentally processed I'm sure I'll be back on track.
