    Sorry, no weight recorded today.

Did go out once a bit further on the outdoor bike. The other time was just the usual local shopping trip.

Diet was even harder last week again. "Wanted" to eat in bigger (high calorie) amounts but didn't. Not well today; actually slept 14 hours!

Hope you're feeling better very soon Dannie - you must have needed the rest to sleep for that long.

    fredsnail and Poppy27 -

Thanks for your messages. Thought I would see how things are before replying.

I think there has been a big improvement since last Wednesday. It certainly was a lengthy sleep and I even felt I needed longer!

    Hope everybody is keeping well.

P.S. Thanks for the Wednesday evening update fredsnail.

Early this week with a STS Fred, thanks.
Won’t have a chance to weigh in this week as I’m out and about.

Did a session with my PT at the weekend and had a swim, plus my usual walking, so total of about 4.5 hours exercise again this week please

Morning all. Gain of 0.9lbs for me this week.
I’ve gone back to using our old scales as I couldn’t get the app to sync with the new scales. It also weighed me 3 different weights in 5 minutes while I was trying to get it to work.
I trust the old scales more!
