And I did about 4.25 hours of exercise this week!

Haven’t done much exercise this week apart from walking around - about 30 mins today and yesterday. Off to dance class tonight. Don’t think I will manage to complete the challenge but it has made me focus more on then amount (or lack of!) exercise I do each week. I’ve signed up for a free gym pass at the weekend - going to try a class and go for a swim. Even that will be tough for me!!0

STS since last Wednesday. Exercise has included some gardening on better weather days and the usual indoor biking. Only short distance outdoor bicycle errands done. Diet getting harder.0
