STS since last Wednesday. Still in a restless mood so have been doing plenty of exercise. Particularly pleased to have done a lot of the garden; two compost bins sorted out and pruning jobs, making the garden look a lot more spacious. Diet was very similar to the week before.0

Wasn't going to weigh myself today, far too much eating and drinking on my holiday.
But I did, and was very surprised with just a 0.6lb gain.

+ 2lbs. Disappointed. Diet (and calories) were very similar to the week before. Very active doing miscellaneous gardening tasks and the usual indoor/outdoor biking. It's been quite therapeutic however.
Thanks fredsnail.

STS since last Wednesday. My recent increased exercise and activity levels have slowed down now. June was a bigger outdoor cycling miles month (61 miles).
Thanks for everything last month fredsnail.
