Hurray! Finally some results this week.
    4.2lbs Loss.

I have been counting my calories religiously, and upped my exercise. Did a 22 mile bike ride up to the moors & back on sunday with the boxing group.
    Been doing Insanity & running.

Happy its heading in the right direction.

    - 2lbs since last Wednesday. My diet was about the same as the previous week but exercise was "a lot" and varied (i.e. indoor/outdoor cycling, gardening and a short walk). Kept forgetting to have another session of using the dumbbells.

As of end 7th August 18, outdoor bike miles = 17 miles.

    Thanks fredsnail.

Didn't weigh myself this morning. Was disappointed and upset to eat far too much (over 3000 calories) on one day but the other days were okay. Nevertheless, I have been doing lots of exercise such as indoor/outdoor biking, gardening and walking.

Outdoor bicycle miles exercise since last Wednesday = 22.6 miles.

Hope you feel better soon x_raphael_xx and thanks fredsnail.

Apologies for being a day late with the chart - I wasn't very well yesterday so was in bed early. Feeling much better today :)

Hope you're feeling better soon x_raphael_xx.

Danny you've done really well on the exercise front this week - the 1 day eating was just a blip - keep going :)

Thanks for your message fredsnail. It seemed like a massive "blip" although these occasions have become very much less. I sometimes think this thread has helped in some way, so thanks!

Anyway, hope you and x_raphael_ xx are okay (healthwise).

    Thanks.

Feeling a little better, thanks guys. Although still a little light headed, and very tired.

A small 0.2lbs loss this week. Which is great considering the takeaway we had over the weekend.
