STS since last Wednesday. (Thought it would be an increase). Not been out since last Sunday. The bicycle needs repairing again. Should be tomorrow when this can be done. Want to eat much more but not done so (yet?). Just doing bits of indoor biking and small gardening jobs at the moment. Not sure what to do this month (October) for this challenge.

    Thanks fredsnail.

A loss this week of 2.4lbs
While I'm pleased, it's only a 1lbs loss since the start of the year.

I get my initial weigh in at the gym tomorrow, ready for my 6 week challenge.

This months challenge is to do a mile a day - it can be a done by a mix of activities ie walking/cycling or just time doing exercise. You can average it out over a number of days if you need to.

Tiny gain of 0.2lbs this week, which I suppose is too be expected following my big loss last week.

This week I have Cycled 23.5 miles, Swam 1 mile and Run 13.1 Miles. 37.6 miles in all.
As well as the gym challenge I'm also doing a triathlon over the month for Cancer Research UK. I've raised £185 so far :D

    + 2lbs since last Wednesday.

Exercise types were the usual indoor/outdoor biking and gardening. My diet was (perhaps) slightly more higher calorie.
