Lose Weight 37

Hi all,
(Thanks for your comments last week fredsnail).
STS since last week.
Diet still the same but marginally eating more per week. The two types of usual biking were done, gardening jobs and also the weights. Gardening jobs seem to be most enjoyed at the moment whereas outdoor biking less so.

STS since last Wednesday.
Okay about that, as also not well. Diet about the same. Still did my usual exercises :-
Indoor biking mainly, small gardening tasks weather permitting, the weights (feeling stronger) and some outdoor biking. The latter, I think, has been less motivating this month.
Thanks fredsnail.
