Merry Boxing day all. Hope you both had a lovely day yesterday.
Posting a 1.4lbs gain this week. Not too bad, as I have definately endulged the last week!
Have spotted a local triathalon on Facebook today, in July. Me and my brother are going to attempt it, so that will give me motivation to get back on track next week.

Thanks x_raphael. Hope yours was too.
STS since last Wednesday. Had a local walking errand and a few local bike errands so outdoor exercise increased. Also, the indoor biking seemed a lot more than usual. Not recommenced doing the indoor weights yet due to earlier this month "stomach problems" (unrelated to exercise). Diet was very much similar to usual and any edible Xmas food gifts had were low calorie.
Best Wishes/Good Health for 2019 all!
Thanks fredsnail.

New year and New targets. I'm now 9.4lbs off my maintainance goal weight, so that is my new target.
Fred can you Zero down all my stats please
Off to the gym in an hour for the first class of the year.

2018 results:-
468.8 miles done on the outdoor bicycle that year. A lot more than the previous year. December 2018 total was 24 miles.
Weight stayed the same by 1/1/19 as it was 1/1/18.
Thanks for everything 2018 fredsnail plus all others on this thread.0 -
STS since last Wednesday. Although weekly calories increased, did more outdoor exercise on the bicycle towards the end of last month, as well as using the indoor bike. Still to recommence the indoor weights however!
Best Wishes/Health for 2019.
Thanks fredsnail. (Please set my chart to zero).

Happy New Year both.
I've managed to stay the same over Christmas which was a good result.
I've also taken the plunge and joined a gym which specialises in small group coaching - I did a free trial and they are very good, it's expensive but I hope that the 12 month contract will be enough to get me fit and lose weight and then I can carry on at the local authority leisure centres which are much cheaper.
They are also going to help me improve the mobility in my shoulders which has been an issue for a few years so fingers crossed.0 -
STS since last Wednesday. Struggling with diet a little. Did do more outdoor cycling initially this month, the indoor bike was used a very lot and just one indoor weights session so far.
Hope everybody is doing okay.
Thanks fredsnail.
