Okay, thanks for the message fredsnail.

    STS since last Wednesday.

Not getting out much, or far on the bicycle. Also, got behind with the indoor weights routine. Have had one local walk, still do loads of indoor biking, some preparing the garden for winter and have kept to my usual dietary requirements.

Surprised and pleased with a 1.4 lbs loss this week, I have slacked slightly after the challenge (not gone as mad as some of the people in the group) but my body fat % and weight is still dropping nicely!

STS since last Wednesday. Exercise activities have "slowed down" somewhat, mainly due to the time of the year and still not so well at times. Nevertheless, did get out further today on the bicycle to get the last Xmas present needed. Hope everybody is keeping well.

    Thanks fredsnail.

  • Small 0.4lbs loss this week. Which is amazing concidering all the extra xmas treats I've been scoffing (stuffed dates, cheese & crackers, mince pies & clotted cream)
I've kept up the exercise which seems to be holding the calories at bay.

STS since last week. The indoor exercise bike and finishing off garden jobs were the main exercise activities. Outdoor biking and indoor weights continue to be "poor" whilst eating more per week increases.

Thanks fredsnail. "Best Wishes" to all for next week.

  • Completely forgot to weigh myself this morning, so pop me down for a STS.

Merry Christmas all, have a lovely xmas!
