STS since last Wednesday. No change to usual diet. Tried to "work around" weather conditions, so did some outdoor biking before the expected snow and a bit of walking when road conditions became unsuitable. Still using the indoor exercise bike everyday but not used the "weights" since last Wednesday. Outdoor biking miles for January 2019 will be calculated at the end of tomorrow. Good Luck everybody.

    Thanks fredsnail.

Apologies - I can't get my excel to work on my computer tonight - I'll try again tomorrow and post the chart when I can get it working.

Stay safe and warm in the snow and cold everyone.

Woops! Sorry, forgot to post my WI.
    It was 1 lbs gain.

I've been feeling very tired lately, like shattered at the end of the day. Monday I got home from work and crashed on the sofa and slept for an hour, still in my coat. I only woke up when bf got home.

Someone suggested I may be low on iron, so I've started taking suppliments. I don't know if it's just a placebo effect, but I've been feeling a lot better, still tired, but not shattered.
Managed a gym session tonight, and I've been out cycling a lot with D-roo. I went out in the snow for 2 hours last night, managed 16km cycle and came home with £20 in tips!

STS since last Wednesday. Did a bit of everything exercise-wise; working around the weather again. In a better consistent routine of doing the indoor weights now. No change to diet.

Me too, tired today. Outdoor bike needs repairing again!

    Thanks fredsnail.

+ 2lbs since last Wednesday. Average weekly calories increased.

The outdoor bike was fixed and used for both local errands and one further afield. Also, did the indoor biking and some light gardening jobs. No indoor weights were done as my wrist seemed sore for a few days. Don't know how/why.

    Good luck everybody.

    Thanks fredsnail.

Lots of bad food last couple of days. Excercise has stayed roughly the same.
