No weight recording today as I had started breakfast before I remembered it was Wednesday. Nevertheless, diet remained about the same and exercise increased.
Been out a lot on the bike last week which were longer distances and did a lot of indoor biking. Also, two walks; one due to a bicycle puncture and the other due to shopping further afield. The indoor weights were not done, perhaps due to all the outdoor activity and other indoor tasks needing attention.

Yey! Back in the game 3 lbs loss this week.
Back at the gym, and been for a run.
Tomorrow I do my first hour shift for a popular cycling food delivery service, I'm not desperate for the extra cash (thou it will be nice) I'm using it as training for the triathalon.
Haven't braved a sea swim yet, but I may go Saturday after my Parkrun, I need to learn to swim front crawl!

Exercise activities and diet last week were very similar to the week before. However, today re-started with the indoor weights for my upper body. Snow has now meant no outdoor biking until the roads are safe.
STS since 9/1/19.

0.8 gain for me this week.
Managed a very quick cold swim in the sea, couple of gym sessions and a run. Joined deliveroo too, so lots of cycling this week
