STS since last Wednesday. Diet and exercise activities remain about the same.

Outdoor bike miles for October 2017 were 24.5 miles. Now, this year's outdoor biking has exceeded the total amount done the whole of last year. Weight, however, is presently an increase whereas 2016 was an overall decrease.

Thanks for everything last month/tonight fredsnail.

A measley 0.4lb loss this week. All in the right direction thou.
My run plans were almost scuppered yesterday when both my run watch and mp3 player died on the door step.
Loaded up a podcast and Runkeeper and took my phone instead. Been to boxing tonight, might possibly try my first ever spin class tomorrow.

Dannie well done on the biking achievement - keep it up (though that may be difficult in the winter weather).

Thanks fredsnail; very pleased to receive your message. Yes, the winter weather usually poses problems (for me) regarding outdoor activities/diet.

Very pleased with a 3lbs loss this week. Just a small 0.6lb away from losing 2 stone since Xmas.
    Feeling quite proud of myself.

Tried my first spinning class last week, which was an experience! I think I'll be doing a few more of those!
I'm keeping up with my weekly boxing class and throwing in the odd run & PT session every now and then. Keeping a tight rein on the diet too. Allowing myself a 'treat' dinner on weds after my weigh in but not going mad (HM chicken burgers and a handfull of chips today).

    Feeling good :)
