We have moved, we have unpacked, we have internet!!!
My weight has been all over the place in the last few weeks, up and down like a yo-yo.
I have gained 1.2 lbs since my last weigh in, a total of 18lbs loss.
Welcome back - hope you're enjoying your new home

Welcome back - hope you're enjoying your new home

It's great! Work is on the other side of the road, mortgage is less than rent, and we have space for kids (when I can pursuade bf).
I'm back next to all my favourite run routes, and cos I get home in just a few minutes, I have more time in my day.

Very pleased with a 4.2lbs loss this week.
Probably something to do with the half marathon on the weekend, and the 10k the weekend before

Well done x_raphael_xx regarding your results/exercise!
I've been doing a lot of indoor biking but only one bike trip out (a few miles). Gardening hasn't been so much until today.
+ 2lbs since last Wednesday.
Thanks fredsnail.

Evening all, 1.8lb loss for me this week. I've been hovering over the 190 barrier for a few weeks, hopefully now I'm finally past it!
