- 2lb since 9/8/17 (so please disregard me as SOTW if that is the case). Did about the same with my diet as the week before.
For the exercise challenge (indoor bike only recorded) = + 3 hours and 11 minutes.
Gardening exercise has particularly increased over the last three days but outdoor cycling remains very little.
Thanks fredsnail.

Back from my jolidays today, didn't get to weight myself this morning so stick me down for a STS.
Managed 5hrs 52 mins of exercise this week, so a total of 09:04:00. A combination of gardening, swimming, running and boxing.
Enjoying getting back to boxing, had my first session today. Pleased I pushed myself to go after our 4 hour drive home. Normally we get back and just vegetate for the rest of the day.

STS since last Wednesday. Diet moreless the same as the previous week.
For the exercise challenge (indoor bike recording only) = 4 hours and 46 minutes. Also, continuing to get more gardening done and very little outdoor biking. Had a small walk (1.5 mile?) picking blackberries as I did last week; maybe 1 kilo obtained so far.

Yesterday, did another 28 minutes and 7 seconds using the indoor exercise bike.
Also, had an outdoor cycle errand (2.4 miles). Total outdoor biking for August 2017 was 27 miles approx.

Hi all,
0.8 lb gain this week. We're in the middle of moving house, so all motivation to eat well and excersize has gone out the window. We'll be back on it in a couple of weeks once we're all settled.
