    - 2lb since last Wednesday. Not been as active although have done "light" (indoor) bike exercise. For the 23 hours per month exercise challenge, please could you therefore record 4 hours and 4 minutes.

    + 3 hours and 29 minutes of indoor biking for the exercise challenge. Other exercise has been gardening and very little outdoor cycling. Didn't weigh myself this a.m.

    Completely forgot to log my weight last week (it was a sts anyway so no biggy)
    This week I have lost 2.2lbs which means I've reached my 20 lbs target. I've now lost a total of 21lbs :D
    On to my next target of 30lbs!

    Challenge-wise, I've been to the gym a few times and visited my run club for the first time in a year!
    Total hours exercise so far: 03hrs12mins39secs
