    Hi Syman/everybody,

No weight/timed exercise to post concerning last week. Nevertheless, I have still been trying to "improve" my diet and doing different types of exercise. Seem to be making some progress!

    Evening all.
Pleased to post a 2.4lb loss this week.
I've been sticking strictly to my calorie goals (apart from a carvery with my brother on sunday, but I did force him on a 2 hour walk to make up for it). I've been keeping active too, aiming for an average of 10,000 daily steps over the week, some days I do 7000, some days I do 14,000, and getting back into my running and gym visits.

1.4 away from 20lb loss! Feeling very proud of myself.:)

I will be in a different timezone to you for the next 3 Wednesdays so the chart is likely to be done on a Thursday am rather than Wednesday night - but it will be done :)

    Good luck everyone.

I'll join please. Is it just a race to 5lb?

This is 216 miles for me! So I'm going to aim for 10% and sign up for 21.6 miles.

The 5lb challenge is to lose 5lb by the end of the month.

Syman you could always do multiple trips to Wimbledon if you wanted.

Hi, I still kept up the exercise (28.6.17 - 30.6.17 inc.) but didn't record the time. Consequently, the "Channel Swim" chart (for me) remains the same.

Thanks for everything this month (June 2017) fredsnail.
