Think I need to adjust my target as I have ran 21.6 miles just last week :rotfl:

Hi,
STS since last Wednesday. My diet was about the same as the previous week. Exercises were mainly "small" amounts of outdoor/indoor biking and very little gardening. Lots of factors are getting in the way of more exercise. Today, sun is expected, so hopefully some gardening will get done.0 -
STS this week despite a walk up beachy head ( and back down again)

A whopping 4.4lbs gain.
That will teach me to have a weekend of BBQs and beers.
Hopefully most of it is fluid weight from the drinks, and will drop off like it did with my weekend away with the family.

I eat more meat and vegetable, less wheat. Combining with weight lifting, abs practising and jogging, play soccer after work. After 1 week i'm from 85kg to 82kg. I look a bit slimmer now. I think That's my record
. I hope to be 72-75kg, that's ok. I will keep going.
