    + 2lb since 13/9/17.

    Started to think about the oncoming winter. As well as the usual local food grocery shopping cycle trips, been out twice to stock up on (food) store cupboard ingredients and bulk (non-food) household supplies. Other than that, still using the indoor exercise bike and do bits of gardening. Diet still a struggle but slightly improved?
