dannie said:Thanks fredsnail. I think that August should be less mileage, based on the month so far? Hope your doing okay.
Since last Wednesday, + 2lbs. Exercise activities seemed less and ate more e.g. fat in the diet.

Thanks for the update and message last week fredsnail. Still finding the exercise and diet a bit difficult.
Nevertheless, weighed myself yesterday and STS since 9/8/2023.
Thanks.

STS since 22/8/2023. On the whole, my bike rides have been more local/less miles but did manage to forage free apples and blackberries. Also, did gardening jobs. Diet still seems to be increasing in calories.
Thanks.

August 2023, as expected, resulted in less outdoor bicycle miles. This was 70 miles and was comparable to April 2023. Something changed then and now that the Autumn/Winter seasons are approaching, will have to rethink everything?
P.S. Thanks for everything last month fredsnail.0 -
STS since last Wednesday. Did more outdoor cycling mileage. Also, a lot of useful gardening tasks. Diet, however, was about the same as the previous week.

STS since last Wednesday. Gardening tasks increased i.e. sorting out of compost bins. Outdoor cycling was less and diet was the same. Kept busy doing indoor jobs.

- 2lbs since last week. A bit unexpected really, as my less motivation, along with the rainy weather and darker mornings, have made it harder to exercise. However, have used the indoor bike a few times. Diet remains the same.
Thanks.
